EXCELLENT stay!
clean room modern mirror great breakfast friendly staff
The room was clean and modern. It had GREAT toiletries. There were nice extras in the room like a coffee machine, makeup mirror, and iron. The bed linen was crisp, and the bed was comfortable. BREAKFAST was great, and the staff were friendly. I would DEFINITELY stay again.
I arrived a bit early, and the bar was quite busy. It was hard to find someone to ask about check-in initially.

comfortable stay with excellent service
comfortable bed smart tv
the superior queen room was great. it included a large comfortable bed and a large smart tv. the bathroom had a slipper bath plus a separate large shower. generous breakfast was provided and the food in the bar and restaurant was good (i liked the breakfast). parking was available and the hotel is on bus routes.
wifi was not accessible in my room. the staff did not respond adequately to the issue. the free access provided in the pub was not accessible in that room either.

charming stay near brighton
breakfast selection friendly staff free parking
The breakfast selection impressed me. it had both english and continental options. the staff were friendly. Angela kept our room super clean. the location provided easy access to brighton by car or public transport and included free parking.
the bar got quite noisy at night, difficult to relax early in the evening. i could hear noise from my room.

renovated bathroom coffee machine hot food menu
I found the room to be recently renovated with a good-sized bathroom! A coffee machine and a kettle were available along with a mini fridge. I appreciated the fan in the room. The shower was excellent! Breakfast included a wide selection from both a continental and hot food menu.
The bed was slightly soft for my personal taste.

the food had good quality and presentation. there was a wide variety of choices for all meals. the decor had a great deal of thought put into the appearance and comfort of the bedrooms, bar, and restaurant.
i arrived before check-in and asked for coffee, the lady asked if i wanted to add a gratuity. i was not given any check out procedure. i received an email saying i had left a tap running and was liable to pay £50 for damages.

The breakfast included fresh options presented well. The location offered convenient access. Housekeeping maintained a tidy and neat room. Staff members were friendly and helpful throughout the visit. I found parking easily accessible . The room was spacious enough.

lack of slip mats leaking toilet
the reception area had swift check in procedures and friendly staff were present.
the room showed a lack of slip mats in the shower room. the television was not working and this was quite disappointing. there also was a toilet leaking.
